We get it — adventure-planning adrenaline kicks in! Please email Detour's policy administrator, Co-Ordinated Benefit Plans, at info@cbpinsure.com with your policy I.D. number, traveler name(s), and correct travel dates along with your contact details. You will receive via email a revised Welcome Letter and updated fulfillment documentation.
That's an easy fix but please email us as soon as possible so that we can email you your Welcome Letter and fulfillment documentation. Please email your traveler's name(s) and birthdate(s) along with your correct contact details to Detour's policy administrator, Co-Ordinated Benefit Plans, at info@cbpinsure.com.
We understand that travel needs can change. Please email your plan change request to Detour's policy administrator, Co-Ordinated Benefit Plans, at info@cbpinsure.com along with your policy I.D. number, traveler name(s), and travel dates so that we can best assist you.
